From the Provider
“Whether someone is preparing for childbirth or recovering from surgery, I want them to feel heard and supported in such an important time. I approach each patient with care and intentionality to find the right path forward for them.”
About the Provider
Dr. Jeffery’s interest in women’s health began early—first through her exposure to medicine as the daughter of an ER physician, and then during a global health trip to Zambia where she witnessed a birth by Cesarean section at age16. That experience sparked a lasting connection to reproductive care, which ultimately led her to become an OB/GYN.
Today, Dr. Jeffery provides obstetric and gynecologic care across all life stages, including contraception, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause. She is credentialed in robotic surgery and specializes in minimally invasive procedures including hysterectomy and the removal of fallopian tubes and ovaries to address conditions like heavy bleeding, enlarged uterus and pelvic pain. She approaches wellness care with her patients holistically, recognizing the role of sleep, movement and nutrition in reproductive health. She also has a longstanding interest in public and global health, with experience providing reproductive care in local and global underserved communities.
Dr. Jeffery is known for her calm presence and strong listening skills—especially in moments that feel personal, high-stakes or overwhelming. She enjoys helping people explore their options, clarify what matters most and move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, Dr. Jeffery enjoys hiking, baking, playing pickleball and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their young son.
