Jenn grew up hearing her own birth story told as empowering—a family touchstone that sparked her curiosity about the physiology of pregnancy and the social and emotional shifts that come with it. Early in college, she supported a close friend through pregnancy and the early months of parenting, seeing the decisions, questions and emotions up close. Together, those experiences underscored how much people benefit from clear information, real choices and attention to mental health, leading her to pursue nurse-midwifery as a way to pair rigorous medical training with steady, supportive care.
In practice, Jenn’s goal is simple: meet people where they are, name what’s common but still concerning, and offer the reassurance that comes from knowing what’s ahead and what to do next. Her visits are conversational and practical—set shared goals, review options and evidence together, and decide on next steps that make sense for real life. As a parent of two, she brings personal understanding to the fears, judgment and overwhelm that can show up during pregnancy and parenting.
Jenn provides gynecology, pregnancy and wellness care. She’s especially passionate about supporting decisions around breastfeeding and contraception—moments that can shape daily life and are too often rushed. She cares for adolescents and new parents; supports LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse patients; and works closely with immigrant communities, including many from Latin America.
Outside of clinic, Jenn is excited to explore the Pacific Northwest’s food, music and theater scenes—and to get out on local trails when she can. At home, she enjoys cooking, quilting, dancing and reading, and looks forward to cheering on her two kids as they grow into young adults.
