About the Provider

Liz Labby’s path to midwifery began with a simple idea: we can do better. After working as a doula—often supporting patients who felt unseen or unheard—she was drawn to midwifery as a way to bring more humanity, clarity and respect into people’s experiences with reproductive health care.

In her practice, Liz offers gynecology, obstetrics and wellness care with a focus on partnership and problem-solving. She has a particular interest in helping people find relief from everyday discomforts that too often go unaddressed—like perimenopausal symptoms, painful or irregular periods and chronic infections. She loves getting to know her patients—it’s her favorite part of the job—and sees those relationships as essential to providing care that evolves as people’s lives and needs change. Supporting patients through times of transition—like navigating pregnancy, adjusting to postpartum changes, settling into a new phase of parenting or managing hormonal changes—often deepens those relationships and adds to the meaning and joy she finds in her work.

Raised in a healthcare family, Liz has always believed we are here to help. Her passion for building better care systems led her to pursue her Master of Public Health degree and a clinical leadership role at WHA. Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, tending her vegetable garden and exploring the outdoors with her family and beloved dogs—some of whom she has fostered or adopted.
