From the Provider
“One of the most satisfying parts of my job is helping people feel comfortable opening up about something they may have felt embarrassed about for years. Pelvic floor conditions are more common than people realize—and there are great options to help.”
About the Provider
Liz’s interest in medicine started early—shaped by time spent in her mom’s OB/GYN office and a growing desire to help people feel better in their bodies. As a physician assistant specializing in urogynecology, she brings a calm, honest presence to conversations many patients find difficult, helping them feel at ease, understood and equipped with the information they need to make confident choices.
With a focus on pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and overactive bladder, Liz performs urodynamic testing, provides pessary care, manages medications and offers education on physical therapy, dietary strategies and other nonsurgical approaches to helping manage these conditions. She also performs in-clinic bladder Botox procedures for patients with urge incontinence—something she finds especially rewarding because of the dramatic improvements it can bring. With her frequent presence in the operating room, Liz is a helpful resource for patients considering surgery, offering clear, compassionate information as they navigate the decision.
Liz’s favorite part of the work is building trust and connection with her patients—especially when it helps someone feel comfortable discussing symptoms they’ve been struggling with privately for a long time. Her goal is always to partner with each person to find a plan that matches their needs, preferences and comfort level.
Originally from Michigan, Liz moved to the Pacific Northwest for PA school and quickly fell in love with the region’s culture and natural beauty. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, doing puzzles and spending time with her husband.
